• Scoring is based on our published Point System
• Lineups typically lock at rally start time
• Late entries and lineup changes are subject to contest-specific rules
• Decisions on scoring disputes are final and at our discretion

3.3 Lineup Requirements

• You must select drivers within the designated budget
• All lineup spots must be filled before lineup lock
• Once locked, lineups cannot be changed unless contest rules specifically allow

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

4.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Create multiple accounts or use accounts of others
• Collude with other users or share lineup information for unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create lineups or enter contests
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors for competitive advantage
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our Platform
• Use our Platform for any illegal purpose

4.2 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Contest disqualification
• Account suspension or termination
• Legal action if appropriate

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Property

All content on Fine Fantasy Rally, including text, graphics, logos, software, scoring algorithms, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial fantasy sports entertainment purposes only.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (team names, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our Platform.

6.3 Scoring Accuracy

While we strive for accurate scoring, rally statistics come from third-party data providers. We are not responsible for errors in source data. Scoring corrections may be made if errors are identified.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fine Fantasy Rally, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Your violation of applicable laws
